OPTIMIZATION

Smartcut is able to quickly optimize an orders list (even with measures widely different from each other and different types of material) with the aim of placing pieces in order to significantly reduce waste material without affecting the easily opening of sheet.

This allows you to use all features of this operating system, such as multitasking, icons and pull-down menus. You will find a program made with attributes already known (that of Windows), with the simplicity of point_and_click that made this Operating System famous around all the world.

ORDERS MANAGEMENT

Orders management with high performance allows Smartcut to read easily prints due to multiple information fields, with the possibility to arrange the various orders to optimize them before other less urgent orders. You can apply different measure units within the same optimization.

STOCK MANAGEMENT

The possibility to manage a warehouse make Smartcut an excellent database for business use. There is a wide range of possibilities, such as entering all possible kinds of glasses (with many information fields in order to make clear the differences between a glass and another one), or entering insulating glass or sheets of different sizes, but with the same kind of glass. Furthermore, there is the availability of an integrated management of warehouse updates, with the opportunity to download optimized orders.

EDITING OPTIMIZATION

Smartcut allows you to reuse old orders together with new ones, making active links with old optimizations and thus significantly speeding up the work and reducing space on hard disk used for stored optimizations.

MINIMUM OFFCUT

With Minimun Offcut, you can rearrange the waste in stock and it can be reused for future works, minimizing the waste of material.

LABELS PRINTING

This software allows to create and print customized labels. In addition, labels can include further information from orders, text, images e barcodes.

LAMINATE CUTTING MANAGEMENT

Complete management of the laminate cutting with the possibility to display all the production process.
